The PowerPartner Approach™ Training Overview
Here’s what to expect over the next four weeks. You are about to embark on a treasure hunt. What are you hunting? PowerPartners! Each week you will be given assignments that will challenge your Comfort Zone and strengthen your networking skill-set. Here is a preview of some upcoming activities:
Week 1
- – Learn basic event skills and attend at least one event – find at least one potential PowerPartner, collect their cards.
- The 4 Pre-qualifying Questions
- Your 30-second introduction
- Planning Your Networking Campaign
Week 2
- Follow up with your potential PowerPartner with the skills you learned
- Set a coffee or lunch appointment for AFTER week #3’s session date
- Attend at least on event that week
- Make 5 “reconnect calls”
- How to be a good PowerPartner – Expanding your awareness
Week 3
- More PowerPartner Prospect follow-ups. How to conduct a PowerPartner Lunch
- Connect with at least one stranger outside of an event, collect a card.
- Hold a PowerPartner Lunch with a New Contact or from a “re-connect call”.
Week 4
- Continue to hone your new skills: network, pre-qualify, follow up
- Look for “target rich” networking events. Design your Networking Footprint.
- Incorporate your new “first contact” skills in your social networking.
